Our item list has duplicates and missing HSN codes. Can you clean it?
Yes. We check every item for HSN code, tax rate and unit before go-live, and merge duplicate items and customers so ledgers and ageing are not split.
We buy against customer orders, not for stock. Do we need inventory tracking?
Often not. Many suppliers run items as sales-and-purchase only and track stock just for the few lines they hold. We set it up the way you actually work.
